This week the time change has left many of us a little more tired than usual. To help wake up your eyes and reduce some of the puffiness that can occur around the eye area, try a potato. The starch found in potatoes has anti-inflammatory properties that are beneficial to the skin around your eyes. Store a potato in the fridge to keep it nice and cold. When you have a few minutes cut the potato into thin slices and place on your eyes for 15 – 20 minutes or as long as you can. You can do this in the morning or evening, as often as you’d like.
